In order to let new employees understand and integrate better and faster, Yanyu Pavilion made the following arrangements:
(1) New employee on-the-job training: including company brand introduction, corporate culture, rules and regulations, etc.;
(2) Tutor system: arrange different senior staff to guide each module, including but not limited to job responsibilities, professional knowledge, work flow, sales skills, etc.;
(3) Online learning: The company has opened an online learning platform so that new employees can quickly understand the company, professional knowledge, and excellent personnel cases through multiple channels.
The company adheres to the spirit of employee benefit, and pays employees social insurance, supplementary medical insurance, holiday gifts, birthday gifts, and departmental organizations.
The company is more humane and will not take up too much of the employee's personal rest time. Occasionally, there will be overtime work in special positions.
Working hours are 9:00-17:30 (except for special posts), weekend breaks, regular holidays and rest.
The salary of each position is different and needs to be negotiable.
