1、选料：粮为酒之肉，就可以看出原料对白酒有多么重要的作用。

5、勾兑：生产出的原酒或者基酒因为批次不同，酒的味道、风格并不统一，为了统一口味，去除杂质，协调香味，降低度数，便于消费者饮用，唯一的做法就是“勾兑”。
